Coffee Shop Bold
"Coffee Shop Bold" is a custom display typeface designed to embody the spirit of an independent coffee shop. This serif typeface is legible, while still portraying a unique "handmade" quality. Every letter, number, and punctuation mark was painstakingly drawn with pencil on grid paper. Adobe illustrator was used to create the digital rendition where every curve was made smooth and seamless. Creating a custom hand-drawn typeface is a laborious yet rewarding process. "Coffee Shop Bold" was compiled onto a set of posters using coffee inspired colors.
